This site is owned and operated by veteran audio distributor Rocelco Inc. of Concord, Ontario, Canada. Rocelco pioneered many audio lines in Canada and the USA, and its chronology reads like a history of the audio business with the enormous changes that have occurred in the past 40 years:
1962-1967: Distributed Truvox tape decks in Canada, one of the first successful reel-to-reel tape decks made in the UK. Also distributed Kelly Ribbon loudspeakers, using one of the first Ribbon tweeters developed. 1964-1996: Distributed Celestion loudspeakers in Canada, for many years the no. 1 British speaker line (by total sales) in Canada. Also sold Celestion in the USA from 1975-1977 paving the way for Celestion UK setting up a USA subsidiary. 1973-1980: Distributed Connoisseur turntables in Canada, one of the first low-cost audiophile-quality belt drive turntables. 1974-1984: Distributed the Decca Record Brush and Cartridge in Canada and USA. Decca invented the carbon fiber record brush, which led to a revolution in record cleaning. 1981-present: Distributed Bib audio/video cleaning products in Canada. Bib was recently bought out by B-Tech, leading to Rocelco's Canadian distribution of B-Tech starting in the Spring of 2000. 2000: Commenced Canadian distribution of B-Tech audio-video mounts. Fast forward to 2007, Rocelco Inc. is Exclusive Canadian Importer for B-Tech, and the B-Tech product line now includes a full range of LCD VESA compliant and Universal Plasma Flat Panel Wall and Ceiling Mounts, Home Theater Speaker Wall and Ceiling Mounts and Stands, CRT-TV wall and ceiling mounts in Standard and Heavy Duty Pro A-V Ranges, Projector Mounts & Screens, Plasma Carts and much more - all part of B-Tech's modular add-on audio-video mounts and brackets system. Rocelco brings the audio dealer and manufacturer the benefit of experience that money can't buy.
